This is in fact happening but the drivers it installs for USB support in windows isnt letting the USB and keyboard work. Its known that you need to enable Virtual KBC Support within the BIOS during install but once it installs the driver for the USB Support within windows it detects it in the BIOS and should turn off Virtual KBC Support in the BIOS. But I found the 3.0 fix and this issue is after we apply the USB 3.0 fix. I first ran into the issue where I couldnt get the USB keyboard and mouse to work during windows install.
